I never got COVID and haven't gotten sick in a decade - here are my best practices

I am among the dwindling minority of the population that has never gotten COVID, despite never masking or getting an mRNA injection. Almost everyone I know who got jabbed got COVID. Most who did not get jabbed have not gotten COVID, and those who did had mild cases.
I have also not gotten sick in over a decade. By sick I mean bedridden, unable to work, and taking pharmaceuticals to heal. The only time I saw a doctor was to make sure my ankle wasn’t sprained by a dirty slide tackle while playing soccer. Knock on wood, I keep these records going. Every year, there are just a handful of days where I feel slightly under the weather. By under the weather, I mean minor nuisances like congestion, scratchy throat, or runny nose that don’t prevent you from doing what you normally do. It usually happens when the seasons change and temperatures fluctuate.
After the paywall, I will share my secrets on how I avoid getting sick without taking any pharmaceutical products. I am not a doctor and this is not professional medical advice. However, I hope what works for me might work for you.
