Let me take a crack at the biography after running it through my doublespeak translator.
"Crystal Williams is a black political activist masquerading as a school administrator. She is a classic, iconic and consummate professional racist. She was raised in a two parent family where she travelled abroad in a life of privilege where her parents taught her that every setback, hardship, and slight was because she was black and that the perpetrators to blame are white who do it because whites are racist.
A shrewd and perceptive mind, she learned through repeated experience that she didn't have to cultivate real skills and talents or offer tangible value to the world. She could cry racist and develop ever more subtle means of getting emotionally and intellectually weak white people without a sense of self and without knowledge of the full history of their civilization to hand her money, titles and positions of prestige.
She fancied herself a poet. As her slams that wove narratives of grievance and oppression with accusation and demand for racial atonement fell flat with audiences and which were as undifferentiated and artistically worthless as the garbage written and spewed out at black lesbian feminist sororities from top to bottom tier colleges across America, she became further embittered at the racist world that couldn't understand her unique genius. She doggedly searched for ways to make it big and to claim her birthright to gain renown as an artistic genius.
In a stroke of brilliance she looked back upon her childhood and the examples of the great men and women across the political and social landscape who showed her how to rise in the world: Al Sharpton; Jesse Jackson; Maxine Waters; Barack Obama; Michelle Obama; Ben Crump; Johnny Cochrane, her parents and pastors and many more from the great pantheon of black, racial grievance mongers destined and determined to replace those quaint, erudite, brave and bold nation and civilization builders on Mount Rushmore. She combined her degrees from top tier colleges, an uncanny ability to regurgitate dressed up bigotry and racism as redemption and atonement in the guise of equity and inclusion. Her greatest achievement was to combine her most potent ingredient - her uncanny ability to spot and manipulate weak willed and sheepish white people who will just throw money and positions of power at her to assuage the guilt she makes them feel for being white. A sadistic humorist she is constantly and heavily amused at the irony of university administrators and faculty so ignorant of history that they are easily bamboozled and fooled by her race hustle.
Ms. Williams has successfully leveraged her positions and influence to posthumously acquire awards, titles and accolades for her poetry and unique talents for taking garden variety pant suits, bad jewelry and wielding the words of the DIE lexicon to, "manage perceptions", that she is a leader, builder and nurturer of the future. She is rumored to have been a distinguished guest of the WEF's '2030 Council for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in A Transhuman World.' She was an outspoken defender of Barack Obama's mid-pandemic birthday bash in 2021 saying, "We don't wear the mask. You do. We don't bend the knee. You do. We don't answer the questions anymore. You do." A friend of the Obamas, she participated in MOBS, the Michelle Obama Black Slam retreat with the world's top PR firms in the early 2000s where they invented the brilliant though not well veiled name for the Black Power Communist Revolution: 'A Radical Transformation of Society.'
Ms. Williams is the perfect person to wield power at your university. If it is Radical Transformation you want, Ms. Williams is well suited to deliver. Perpetual Ignorance. Perpetual Guilt. Perpetual Blame. Perpetual Shame. Crystal Williams, the pride of prestigious New York University and Cornell University, a master of the DIE power game."

Perhaps it doesn't really matter? Isn't RISD so 'yesterday as it seems like SCAD (Savannah School of Art & Design) is very innovative, hot & exciting and quite frankly is eating RISD's lunch - AND one can attend for about half the price....
“Art, education, and equity and justice are the three foundational focuses of...”
An interesting admission from her here. She says those are the *three* foundational focuses of her life. But that’s *four* things.
Well, it’s four if you’re a normal person. Normal people view “equity,” “justice,” “fairness,” etc... as different concepts, with different definitions. And normal people recognize that those things sometimes come into conflict, and must be balanced with one another.
But the neo-Marxists have collapsed the definitions of all those concepts into one--equality of outcome, or “equity.” Because that is the ultimate goal. If you reach equity, you have achieved Justice. If you reach equity, society is fair. If you reach equity, everyone is being included. If you don’t have equity, society is unjust, unfair, and exclusive.
It’s a totalizing worldview that will lead to totalitarian governance.
(Side note - Pretty funny that she knows she’s a diversity hire. Sadly, I think she’s proud of that fact: “my life and everything about me—who I am as a teacher, a writer, a leader, friend, daughter and human—are in accord with RISD’s mission, areas of focus and social equity and inclusion goals.”)
Such an unfortunate place to make a mistake like that, right in the middle of your heartfelt explanation that your entire life and mission are devoted to these three things that are actually four things if you think about it at all.
I remember a sales PowerPoint that ended with the pledge: Above All, We Seek To Ensure Quatily in Everything We Do.
This is why I read the comments before I post! I noticed the same thing. “Art, education, and equity and justice are the three foundational focuses of my life and everything about me”
That’s four things. Equity and Justice are not the same thing. Funny how someone devotes their life to equity and justice and yet those are still just shallow empty phrases she throws around.
“OMG she grew up abroad and in a 2-parent household, she needs to resign immediately and give this position to a less privileged ze/zir.” <- Hahahaha! You win the prize this morning, Yuri. I spit my coffee laughing over this. Time to change my crisp, formerly clean shirt to another one! 😉
Claire Cleary: Actually Todd is an amazing painter. He's going to the Rhode Island School of Design.
John Beckwith: Wow, that's a great school. Congratulations, Todd. That's really impressive. RIS-D!
Todd Cleary: Yeah, Dad - Dad always thought I'd be a political liability... in case he ever ran for President.
Secretary Cleary: Now, now Todd. Actually, truth be told, polling shows that a majority of the American people would ultimately empathize with our situation.
Todd Cleary: What IS our situation, Dad?
Grandma Mary Cleary: You're a homo.
Buy a Wedding Crashers DVD because the digital overlords will censor this wrongthink, just like Canada cut the Trump cameo in Home Alone 2.
The "deeply collaborative leader" was such a gem. Screw those collaborative leaders and those plain ol' leaders. What an excellent grift. No measurements and no promises. Success!

Comment of the Year. Take a bow, Comrade Lux.
That's just beautiful. --- I can't translate doublespeak, as I can't listen to it. My mind goes numb and wanders.
If only #GoOgle had a #doublespeak translator with such eloquence!
BINGO
This comment is a little masterpiece.
Can you provide a link for the “we don’t wear the mask” quote? I couldn’t find it.
lol! Perfect! Bravo bravo.

It was all I could do to read your inserts without BARRPing myself. The more they need to fluff, the less attractive the idol.
I don't often read academic publications, and we're getting on a decade from my own university matriculation.
The language used in this communique is nigh impenetrable gobblygook. Half the words are made-up. Is this normal?
Fascism started in universities when they became a for profit grift.
That's how they kept our the sane people and attracted the idiots that don't know what debt is.
Oh and they let the kids of the wealthy psychopaths in without hassle, not even sneaking them in.
Operation Varsity Blues FTW
The grift is real. Wtf
A degree with Microsoft Paint with Clippy as the Dean is now more valuable.
Clippy is a symbol of patriarchal oppression like spelling and grammar.

What? I thought this was about SCOTUS not money laundering...
RISD also updated their traditional motto, here is the new version:
LASCIATE OGNI SPERANZA, VOI CH'ENTRATE
