I was diagnosed with Graves and Thyroid eye disease (two different conditions that are often related)
Sanpaka that you refer to is a symptom of Thyroid eye disease. It is called proptosis. A bulging of the eye because of pressure to the Optic nerve, creating a very unattractive “stare”.

Takes me back to Michio Kaku. When their eyes are bulging from thyroid dominance, it's more obvious. Evenly spread across ideologies. Rational reasoning only riles them up.

Right on the money, Yuri. And if one were to argue that sanpaku is only one data point and isn't sufficient proof just look at their behavior over time to confirm the diagnosis. Your chart should be on every doctor's wall...but first check to make sure they aren't on the chart themselves.

Before I scrolled down to the photos, I read the first paragraph and the first two people who came to mind was Schiff and AOC! So I began to search for photos and I found a few of both. Then I scrolled down only to see that you had the same photos posted. WOW.

It sounds silly, but it's true to some extent. People with "crazy eyes" might just be CRAZY!
