This gets to the illegitimacy of their case against Trump. But then, legitimacy is not an issue for them, *only* outcomes.

Here's what I posted previously:

There's no chance that the Trump jury is going to vote NOT guilty.

The only way they don't vote guilty -- is if the case is dismissed. Which I don't think it will be. I believe that they [Bragg and his handlers] wouldn't have gone this far -- unless they *knew* that the case would go to trial, and they could get a conviction on some nonsense charge, because that's the only outcome that doesn't damage their political position.

We all know it's nonsense, but these leftists don't care about the law. They'll make up the law at this point to get a conviction -- even if they know it will be overturned on appeal.

Super cringey photo of bride and groom. You are right, her posture and literal, flexing in that is nauseating.

And I’m so glad she hit the Yuri train! “If she had a non-political job or a father who wasn’t overseeing Trump’s trial or made her Facebook page private, I would have left her alone. Congrats Loren - you hit the trifecta!”

I mean...my mornings would be pretty dull without your posts and those of one other person I love reading.

It was all fated from the day they named her Loren instead of the more traditional and feminine Lauren.

Names matter.

This is like the equivalent of smash and grab with no accountability or justice. Very sad.

She looks like Scary Poppins' sister.

How the hell are all these people the exact same person!??!

To paraphrase another great Soviet dissident, Yakov Smirnoff:

"In 21st century, computer programs you!"

I've worked in a lot of strange places in my life, and one of those least suited to my temperament was the national office of the Association of Junior Leagues. While the staff were mostly New Yorkers of every sort, the execs and visiting officers from state associations were mostly, as one would expect, upper middle class Republican women.

The prevalence of cast-iron hair-dos was an ethnographic wonder.

I'm waiting for a class of persons to arise that has actually good hair. It's always bemused me that Republican men look as though their hair was painted and glued in place, and Democratic men look as though they're hunting for the Holy Grail of style and failing badly in the quest.

Nowadays it seems all young Republican/conservative women have identical long blonde hair that is still magically distinguishable from Democratic long blonde hair, and everyone looks like clones.

This was long, long before your time, but if you can find it somehow online it will be worth the hunt. Funniest satire I ever saw, and in truly, glorious bad taste--the National Lampoon's suggestion of what *really* happened to Michael Rockefeller.

But it wasn't cruel--even under the circumstances, and I suppose people can argue about that--it was unbounded gleeful skewering.

You catch yourself some of that ethos, you won't be wasting your natural gifts.
