Damn it went to shit fast. South Station completely surrounded by a perimeter of homeless people sleeping in their own offal. Cambridge office fronts for former big pharma renters now just broken windows.
It always seemed like a bubble. Making people commute two hours in traffic each way to work in an expensive office. I used to get $350/month transportation subsidy just to pay for the trains.
They learned. I work from home all week and conduct the audits via zoom.
