02/16/25: "A more accurate name for Zeteo is the Woke Jihad Jizya. Due to the untimely loss of several staff members, they have banned beepers from their newsroom."

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And in the latest DC Real Estate News...

"ITEM 30 [Surber] ... “The Doge team is causing a very real exodus from Washington DC. Housing listings are surging—over 14,825 [red dots signifying houses put on the market] in this snapshot alone."

They omitted the White House "dot"! --- The building that Jill Biden at 1 a.m. on November 6, 2024 put on the market, after her husband finished up looting the Kennedy Center.

They found a buyer, collected the cash, and J.D. Vance had to break the news to Mitt Romney that he wasn't going to get his money back...

Perhaps the thing on that list that amazed me the most is how many out there are actually willing to be paid subscribers to such drivel.

However, we must admit that one of the great things about the Substack platform is that it can tolerate the presence of the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly without feeling threatened in the least. I just look at those paid subs as a subsidy that enables Substack to continue offering the good stuff.

Pretty sure there was some USAID slush involved. Let’s check back in a year hmmmm? Of course good old GEORGE SOROS et al might pick up the slack but I hear he prefers to use tax dollars as well…🤷‍♀️

Well, in Mr Kristol’s case we know USAID slush made its way to him…it’d be a good bet that there are others on that list, too!

Yes. Definitely human subscribers for these high quality substacks and 100% not bots used for money laundering.

Luckily all that grift started and stopped with USAID.

DefCon-Dan's avatar

I was thinking that same thing too, but USAID was not the only money laundering slush fund, even though it was the most egregious.

The EPA and other agencies had thousands of money laundering premium subscriptions to Politico, until recently.

Yup. I hope Substack can stay neutral and as laissez-faire as is legally possible.

Once the controls are in place in won’t matter one iota that folks were able to express their opinions mostly freely on substack. Except as inputs to AI 😂

Richardson is an extremely uninteresting writer; as you note she cites her MSM sources in every article. Every article she writes is just a paraphrasing of the MSM talking points of the day, regurgitated and with an additional infusing of TDS. No original thought on her part whatsoever.

Kind of brilliant as a way to give her audience what they want and get them to pay for it, with minimal effort on her part.

Just plain brilliant and the Wokster’s wont get your joke. It would be interesting to be in the hotel lobby where Michael Moore and Reid Hoffman are staying if the hotel had one of those “all you can eat” Sunday brunch buffets…the fancy ones, where they have a carving table board, and a chef hiving off slabs of fatty roast beef under a heat lamp. With those two, the poor dude would need an ice bath for his carving arm…

I've recently been getting an interesting reaction from mind-virus-infected friends when I try to point them at a new take on things or new data that contradicts their view. They say "we both have access to the same information."

In other words, "we disagree not because we are seeing different facts but because I am enlightened and you're not" or "I'm right and you're wrong."

This has happened more than a few times so I'm pretty sure there is a playbook being fed to them: "things to say when the problem people in your life bring up inconvenient facts."
