How To Wage a Woke Jihad
The many terrifying similarities between extreme Progressivism and radical Islamism
Comrades: As you can tell by the title, this is going to be an extra spicy post. DISCLAIMER - I am against collective guilt and believe these parallels only apply to the extreme wings of each group. Moderates in every group have a duty to speak out against regressive practices of radicals.
Both demand face coverings, especially for women:
Both worship to religious mantras:
Both celebrate a holy month:
Both have expanded aggressively in the pursuit of global domination:
Both demand obedience. When they are in the minority, they demand rights as victims of Islamophobia, transphobia, etc. When they are in the majority, they use Sharia and Progressive law to trample on the rights of nonbelievers:
Both have sacred words and figures that can never be criticized. Violence is promoted against blasphemers, who do not have a right to free speech and self defense:
Both practice female genital mutilation:
Both have grooming gangs who target children, but are shielded by the justice system due to political correctness:
Both indoctrinate children in madrassas:
Both fly their flags in conquered territories:
Both establish no-go zones in the neighborhoods of American and European cities where they have taken over:
Both hate America and Christians:
The main difference is that in Islam, men hold all the power. In Progressivism, it’s the intersectional mafia of women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+. Jordan Peterson was onto something with his theory that leftist women’s attraction to Islam is a subconscious desire for subjugation. How does this marriage of convenience last?
A mosque was built on several acres about 15 yrs ago in Middle TN, home of a large state U. It is smack up against a Baptist church. The mosque from the start raised a flagpole which flies the US flag. The Baptists then installed a flag pole! Kind of amusing. Haven't heard much from the mosque "parishioners" lately. See the women, usually two or three together, shopping at Walmart etc. , usually just hair-covering scarfs, no face covering. They never want to catch your eye.
What is really interesting, though, is that a group of Coptic (Egyptian) Christians purchased?/rented a not-very impressive 1950s brick Church of Christ building at a busy traffic intersection near where we live. They've installed a large colorful sign: St. Karas Church. The parking lot at all hours of the day, and into some evenings, is packed with cars. Lots of families and children. Very enthusiastic! They come from all over the area, not just the neighborhood. I believe they are keeping an eye on the mosque which is only a couple of miles away.
This is a great piece, but probably not worth the risk of fatwa.
