WHY I Write "How To Subvert Subversion with Yuri Bezmenov"

The many reasons why I created this Substack and the white pill vision for the Yuri Anti-Demoralization Platform

Comrades: All ~100 of my posts have started with “How To”. Today I start with “Why”.

During a meetup, a reader asked me why I publish this samizdat. The short answer is because it’s a fun exercise of free speech. I hope Substack will continue to empower writers and allow us to express ourselves. The long answer contains many reasons, so I shall bare my soul below.

For baby Yulia. She is my inspiration. Every day that starts with her smiling at me is a good day. My writings will serve as a time capsule for her and her generation to understand how the world went mad during the early 2020s, as well as a guide to prevent it from happening again.

For my ancestors. Yuri Sr. did not escape the Cultural Revolution so his descendants would end up under the same tyranny here. Consider it a form of filial piety. I sleep well every night knowing that I have honored him and my ancestors by doing something to turn the tide.

For income. All paid subscriptions are going towards baby Yulia. My previous employer forced me out because I resisted a booster mandate. I will continue to paywall several posts per month, which will contain the spiciest and most revealing stories as well as podcasts.

For readers like you. I have the best readers are the internet.

For career opportunities. Without getting into revealing details, let’s just say I have a fantastic track record in predicting the future, recognizing patterns, and selling. For learning. HTSSWYB has taught me valuable lessons about building a business. I saw a gap in the market. No other publications covered the farce of clown world through the eyes of a dissident who has been deep inside the bowels of demoralized universities, corporations, and cities. How do I craft a differentiated product? How do I distribute it? How do I acquire new readers and convert existing ones?

For Yuri. He is a legend. This pseudonym is perfect because it is a red pill in and of itself. The based ones know.

For America. Yuri was a Soviet defector who immigrated to Canada and wrote a love letter to America. I am an American born son of immigrants. We both want to revive the special spirit of this great nation.

For the Zoomers. They need all the help they can get.

For action. We have already effected real change in previous posts and actions. I will share more details as events unfold, but we’re just getting started. Many of my readers are in influential positions to reverse the course of demoralization. I pray all of us will have the courage to take action in difficult situations.

For serendipity. I look forward to every Monday and Thursday morning because I never know what’s going to happen. I do know that I will learn from and laugh at your comments.

For my sanity. I live in a Karenland FUPAZ neighborhood that votes 90% blue. ~20% of people still wear masks outside. 80% of my high school and college friends are NPC comrades or commissars. This audience reminds me that I’m not the crazy one, they are. It is therapeutic to put my thoughts into writing and empathize with others experiencing similar feelings.

For new friends. Over the past year, I have met a dozen of you in person and always had a fantastic time. Since you read this Substack you clearly have great senses of humor, so I look forward to meeting many more. I will strive to host quarterly meetups for paid subscribers.

For existing friends. You legends know who you are. Our daily banter on Signal is hilarious and some of the memes land here. We will have a blast bunking together in the gulag. Mrs. Bezmenov is also happy that I have an outlet with you deplorables, instead of bombarding her with the daily demoralization.

For the demoralized. Yuri said you cannot reason with a demoralized person. Call me naive, but I disagree and will continue trying. We all have friends and family who are demoralized. People we share a bloodline with. People we grew up with. People who we once held in high esteem. People who had our backs in the past and we had theirs. It would be a real shame if we abandoned on them, even if they treat us poorly. We would not only be giving up on them, but also the country and the world.

Reasoning with demoralized people is necessary to restore sanity across society. As I wrote in How To Spot a Sociopath, it’s a numbers game. 4% of the population are sociopath commissars, 60% are NPCs who go along with current thing manipulation by sociopaths, and 36% are disagreeable critical thinking skeptics like us. The sociopathic 4% should be avoided and neutralized, as their rapacious desire of power and profit is too deeply ingrained. We have believe that the remaining 60% are mostly decent people who have been weakened by the WEF Wehrmacht and the woke mind virus. Are they terminal cases, or can we help them heal and reverse the course of demoralization?

I hope that a combination of reality, humor, and Substacks like mine can nudge them along the way. If the 36% stays in our own bubble and makes no effort to win hearts and minds, then we are sure to continue losing. We are less than 2 years away from the pivotal 2024 election. I will expand further on how to reason with demoralized people next week. In the meantime, here are videos representing each step in the process:

I have great respect for Jennifer Sey. She rejected a $1 million bribe from her employer Levi’s to shut up. Her approach is bittersweet because it follows Yuri’s resignation that you cannot reason with a demoralization:

"I’ve not much interest in anyone who accepted lockdowns and school closures, vaccine mandates and the shunning of the unvaccinated. Or didn’t accept it, but stayed quiet in the face of it. These conformists agreed to too much harm to others while cocooned in the safety of their privileged existences. They chose the safety of the group over challenging lies and the curtailment of basic civil rights."

Sometimes I try to walk a mile in an NPC’s clown shoes. It is a difficult exercise because it hurts my brain to even pretend to live with such cognitive dissonance. Imagine being a human rights advocate who mandates the jab for wedding guests, then remains silent about vax passports and the Canadian trucker protest. Imagine physically attacking someone for having a different political opinion, while thinking you’re on the right history. Imagine fleeing from the Soviet Union and hating Orange Man’s supposed fascism, but shrugging about the merging of corporate and unelected government power used to take him down and silence dissent. Imagine being a doctor and having no sympathy for unvaccinated patients or unvaccinated nurses getting fired. Imagine having kids and voting for people who push degeneracy and castration on them, while thinking you’re a good parent and person. Imagine your daughter getting raped and killed by rapefugees, then asking funeral attendees to donate to rapefugees. Even Yuri could not have imagined such levels of demoralization.

If it saves one life or changes one mind, this will all have been worth it. Nevertheless Yuri persisted.
